Dr. Maen Haddadin
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Maen Haddadin began practicing medicine in 1998 after graduating from Jordan University and completing his residency at Creighton University. Originally from Jordan, he spent 18 years caring for families in Corning, Iowa, before moving to Omaha in 2020. With over 25 years of experience, he brings a steady, compassionate approach to patients at every stage of life.
Dr. Haddadin is passionate about preventive care, senior health, and managing complex chronic conditions. He believes in treating each person with patience and respect, building lasting personal relationships. Outside of the clinic, he is active in his Catholic parish, enjoys time with his wife and four sons, and is an active pickleball player.

Dr. Louise Winter
Urgent Care Specialist
Dr. Louise Winter is an experienced physician with more than three decades of dedication to urgent care and pediatric medicine in the Omaha area. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her pediatric residency through the UNMC/Creighton combined program.
Throughout her career at Midwest Minor Medical Urgent Care, Dr. Winter has served in multiple leadership roles, including medical director and owner. She now continues her work as part of Midwest Family and Urgent Care, remaining committed to providing compassionate, efficient care and building trust with patients and families.
Growing up on a farm in rural Nebraska instilled in Dr. Winter a strong work ethic and a lasting dedication to caring for others.
Jill Allen
Family Nurse Practitioner
Hello everyone! I have been in health care since I was a young one; CNA at 16. I was a paramedic when raising my children. Fast forward to my span in nursing since 2007 when I earned my associates degree. I worked in med/surg, home care, hospice care and Emergency Room nursing. I earned my Bachelor's in 2014 and shortly thereafter started school for my Master's graduating in 2019. My certification is family practice and I love practicing the life span . I enjoy the diverse cultures that come through our doors. Nebraska has been home for four years now. I am mother to 3 children who are now in their 40's and I am blessed with 6 grandchildren. They are located in Illinois (where I was raised), Arkansa and Kansas. I travel in the summer and fall months to love on family. I am ready to meet you and your family and care for your family needs. My fun fact is Dr. Haddadin is my doctor and he is great!
Kyleen Schmoker
DNP, APRN-FNP, BC
Dr. Kyleen Schmoker is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Springfield Nebraska. She began her career in healthcare at age 19 as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
In 2016, she graduated from Nebraska Methodist College with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She worked for 4 years in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Nebraska Medicine where she grew to love the fast-paced environment and critical thinking skills it takes to be a CVICU nurse. Over time, she quickly learned that she has a deep passion for preventative medicine. Helping patients improve their quality of life and prevent them from ending up in the ICU due to chronic disease became her ultimate goal.
In 2021, Dr. Schmoker graduated from Nebraska Methodist College with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is Nationally Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. During graduate school, one of her preceptors specialized in functional health care. From him, she gained skills and knowledge that she will use to help patients determine how and why illness occurs. She will use this experience to help teach her patients ways to restore health by addressing the root causes of disease for each individual.
Dr. Schmoker enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons (has another on the way), friends, and family. In her free time, she participates in church activities, she enjoys watching their oldest son play sports, trying new things, and loves going on date nights with her husband.
Dr. Schmoker is excited about this new opportunity to build her career and meet new people.
